We train and hire real estate agents across the United States briding the gap between inconsistent income by providing a steady stream of qualified leads to our employees. Our leads are captured by our inbound call center and enhanced by our lender followup, marketing and technology designed to get the customer from inquiry to contract.

Our commission split is 60/40 where the agent receives 60% until you contribute $6,000 to the team, then your split becomes 85/15 where you receive 15% and this resets every year. The benefit of team-based production is that everyone benefits from increased production from the team and we have seen 3x and 4x growth from our employees when hired under our model.

We train nightly for 1-2 hours online via our livestream directly from our website allowing you to easily watch, learn and have your questions answered without any downloads.

Our title partner Azbell & Associates Title, creates all of your marketing materials for you at no cost allowing you to focus on lead generation and procurement. Our goal is to ensure the highest level of customer service level throughout all real estate arms.

Our credit partner Azbell & Associates Credit, provides free credit repair for your clients for a one-time setup fee of $199.
